If you are considering counselling because you are worried and need help or support, you have taken the first step by reaching out. If you would like to speak to me for a chat about what I offer, please call / text or email me to start your counselling journey
There are many reasons why individuals consider counselling. Life is not always easy, and it is okay to want to access support.
Person-centred counselling allows you to build a trusting relationship with the counsellor. You will be encouraged to lead the sessions and discuss what you want at your own pace.
I can offer a safe, confidential space that welcomes you to explore various aspects of your life, enabling you to understand your feelings and reflect on things that may be troubling you. I will listen to you, be accepting, and show empathy and compassion in a non-judgemental way
